How to Return?

04/01/2021 IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We are currently changing the way returns labels are issued to UK customers and therefore are unable to issue a physical copy with dispatched orders.

Please do not hesitate to email enquiries@mcoveralls.com if you would like a returns label and we can email one through to you. 

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this may cause. 


15/12/2020 IMPORTANT NOTICE:

For any orders placed in December (including orders with sale items), we have extended our returns window till 15/01/2021. 

Anything returned on or before 15/01/2021 is applicable for exchange or refund.

United Kingdom Returns are free! Just use the pre-paid DPD returns label that arrived with 
your order. Please also ensure you include a filled-in version of our
returns form when sending your returns back to us.

Outside United Kingdom Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and pay for return
postage. Please send your return via a trackable method, marking your 
package clearly as 'Returned Goods' to avoid delays at customs. Obtain
a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund or
exchange.

Non-sale M.C.Overalls have a 30 day return policy upon receipt of your order. Items must be in the same 
condition you received them in, with the original packaging and hang tags still attached.
Sale M.C.Overalls have a 14 day return policy upon receipt of your order. Items must be in the same 
condition you received them in, with the original packaging and hang tags still attached.


Reimbursement

M.C.Overalls will process returns within 3-7 working days of your order being receipted by the M.C.Overalls team. 


Exchanges

Sometimes the size or the colour isnt quite right. M.C.Overalls will happilly exchange your order to ensure you get the right item. Detail the product you are returning on our return form and make a note what product you'd like to exchange for. 


Quality Guarantee

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately - support@mcoveralls.com.
